Great place. 100 out of 100 Everything is like in the movies. Huge house, very beautiful views from the terrace, like in Switzerland. Every inch of the house is filled with care and love. Closed area of the village, very beautiful. There is an excellent spa center and restaurant nearby. Overall, this is one of the best places we have been to in South Africa. And we have already passed more than 30 hotels here.

• Pezula Magic Retreat

What a gem. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The outlook is stunning, overlooking the Knysna lagoon. My favourite spot was the patio with the great view and comfy chairs. Being in the Pezula estate it is very safe and secure.
Quite one of the nicest guest houses we have stayed in.

Vanessa is an extremely gracious and accommodating hostess and really went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Would totally recommend a stay in this beautiful guest house.

• Aloe Deluxe Room

Even though this spot is exactly as advertised, the photos and descriptions do it NO justice!
I am always of the opinion that it does not matter what you have, people make or break an experience and Vanessa and her team are absolutely awesome. You truly feel super comfortable and at home the moment you arrive, the spot we stayed in was super comfy, we "died" in that bed and it was very quiet and private and everything just worked. I did not even have to contact Vanessa once from booking, I was contacted multiple times with clear and easy instructions that made it so nice and easy. Definitely staying here again when we come down. Thanks Vanessa and keep up the great hosting!

An absolute gem of a place with a beautiful landscape and panoramic views!!! The bed in the “Honeymoon suite” was super comfy…. Everything at Pezula Magic is absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality…
We just found ourselves a home away from home….thank you to Vanessa and King and my new friend “Tinky “🌷🫶🏽

The African Dream Suite - spacious, bright, beautifully decorated. Fabulous bed, quality linen and amazing pillows! The private patio with a stunning view over the lakes is perfect for a sundowner or early morning coffee. Spectacular sunsets. The bathroom is deluxe & spacious with bath & shower. Mini lounge area. Microwave & fridge. Cleanliness is top notch throughout. The small touches everywhere and overall style & elegance puts Pezula Magic in a class of its own. Vanessa is a wonderful hostess and her attention to detail is very evident throughout. The Pezula Golf Estate is in a great position ... away from the crowd but close enough to everything! Highly recommend Pezula Magic to anyone wanting an upmarket, restful stay in Knysna.

The beautifully furnished very large room (more like an apartment) had exceptional views, the gardens were immaculate, Room was cleaned & serviced daily. The hosts are charming & very helpful.
