Booking Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings made with Pezula Magic Pty Ltd.

Booking & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The balance payment is due as follows:

Low Season: Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival
Mid & Peak Season: Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival

Bookings are only confirmed once the required proof of payment has been received.

Payments may be made via EFT or credit card using a secure Yoco payment link.

Seasons (2026 Only)
Low Season: All dates excluding Mid and Peak Season
Mid Season: 3 – 6 April 2026, 4 – 13 July 2026, 1 – 14 December 2026
Peak Season: 15 December 2026 – 6 January 2027

Cancellation Policy
15 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee applies.
8–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.
7–0 days prior to arrival or no-shows: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable banking or transaction fees.

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must please be communicated in advance.
